❓ Can I Pick Up My IXUFAST Electric Scooter?

IXUFAST scooters are delivered directly to your door via trusted courier partners.

✔️ Retail customers – Home delivery only
✔️ Wholesale / Bulk orders – Local warehouse pickup may be arranged (appointment required)

❓ Do You Offer Free Shipping?

YES ✅
IXUFAST offers free shipping on selected models and promotional orders.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on product type and delivery location.


❓ Do I Need to Pay Tax?

• Complete electric scooters may include tax depending on shipping country.
• Spare parts & accessories may be subject to local tax or import duties.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


❓ How Long Does It Take to Ship My Order?

We ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


❓ How Long Will Delivery Take?

Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Ready stock items are shipped from our warehouse via trusted courier services.

📌 Please Note: Tracking information may not update immediately. Tracking becomes active once the parcel is scanned by the courier.


❓ Which Countries Do You Ship To?

IXUFAST currently ships across:

• Australia
• Selected international countries (contact support before ordering)

🚫 We do NOT ship to PO Boxes or restricted regions.


❓ Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Yes ✅ — If your order has not been shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

📌 For non-defective returns, a restocking fee (up to 15–25%) may apply.


❓ How Do I Return My IXUFAST Scooter?

If you need to return your order:

  1. Contact us at support@ixufast.com

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Delivery date
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos/videos (if quality issue)

Returns must be requested within 7–15 days of delivery.

Refund or replacement will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

In rare cases, damage may occur during shipping.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos
• Video proof
• Order details
